Samba Sushi AB is a small family-owned sushi bar located on Götgatsbacken in Södermalm. We serve only quality sushi made from the finest ingredients. Our sushi is said to be among the best in the city and is prepared fresh to order for each guest. We are now looking for a fast and friendly server to help us with cashier duties, service, and kitchen work on a full-time or part-time basis. You must be at least 18 years old since we hold an alcohol license, and be able to speak and understand Swedish. We prefer that you have experience working the register and in customer service. Samba Sushi is a small establishment with very high-pressure periods during busy times. Therefore, you must be able to temporarily handle working under stress. It's an advantage if you have previous experience in fast-paced service jobs where pressure fluctuates (such as Brödernas, Taco Bar, etc.) We place great importance on being cheerful and positive, as well as very service-minded. Your tasks will include greeting guests, taking orders at tables and by phone, serving, clearing tables, processing payments, handling takeout orders, and managing dishwashing and other kitchen duties. It is VERY important that you are fairly independent since there are many tasks throughout the shift. Multitasking is a requirement for this job!
