About the role
As cashier staff in Stockholm, you are the customer's primary contact point in the store and are responsible for fast, secure, and friendly cash handling. You receive payments, ring up items, and help customers with questions and simple complaints — all with a focus on service and accuracy. What you will do
Handle payments (card, cash, and Swish) and ensure correct cash accounting
Ring up items, serve customers, and provide clear customer service
Receive and handle receipts, exchanges, and simple complaints
Restock items in the cash area and keep the surface clean and organized
Cash reconciliations and reporting of discrepancies to ensure safety and security
Collaborate with colleagues to provide the best possible customer experience and support during busy periods
What you bring with you
Previous experience in cash or retail service is a merit and you have basic numerical ability
Good communication skills, service-oriented and calm under stress
You are thorough, punctual, and understand the importance of secure cash handling
