About the Positions
We are now recruiting dedicated personnel for our picking teams and checkout lines, as well as staff for our catering department. In both roles, you will work alongside a great team and be involved in the daily operations of these departments.

Cashier and Picking Team
· Service-oriented and friendly — provides fast, personal, and professional customer service at the checkout.
· Careful and responsible — handles payments correctly and follows procedures for opening/closing the register.
· Efficient and stress-resilient — works quickly during busy periods while maintaining quality at a fast pace.
· Physically durable and meticulous during restocking — able to lift, stack, and rotate goods while ensuring correct shelf life.
· Order and organization-conscious — ensures shelves are neat, price-marked, and promotional displays are properly maintained.
· Good communication skills in Swedish — interacts with customers and collaborates clearly with colleagues.
Catering
· Attention to detail and quality awareness — ensures correct recipe compliance, portion control, and presentation during production and packaging.
· Good food safety and hygiene knowledge — follows current food safety procedures and handles allergen labeling safely.
· Stress and pace resilience — performs well at high work tempo and when meeting delivery times and deadlines.
· Organization and structure — works methodically, keeps work areas clean, and ensures goods are properly labeled and rotated.
· Team player with clear communication — collaborates effectively with colleagues and suppliers for smooth operations.
· Flexibility and problem-solving skills — adapts to changes in orders and tasks.
· Customer and service focus — is responsive to customer needs and ensures orders meet expected quality and timeliness.
· Has worked or previously worked with food production, cold storage, or similar roles.
We are Looking for You If:
· For Cashier and Picking Team: preferably have experience working in a grocery store, or relevant qualifications.
· For Catering: have experience working with food/grocery production, preferably in a grocery store.
· Are 18 years old (or will be soon).
· Have a genuine interest in products.
Additional Information
Scope: Approx. 30–34 h/week (78–89%) for the various positions with the opportunity to work extra shifts when vacancies arise.
Positions: All permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Working Hours: Varying, daytime/evening shifts; catering daytime; and all positions every third weekend on a rotating fixed 3-week schedule.
Salary: According to the Retail Collective Agreement.
