What you can expect from the position You will be an important part of the store's management team with overall responsibility for driving and developing our cashier, customer service, and café departments. You are responsible for planning and monitoring operations, including scheduling, financial responsibility, and quality work. Your focus is on creating efficient workflows, a good work environment, and top-class customer service. You will lead your employees through your presence in daily operations and ensure they are well trained in customer interaction procedures, complaint handling, and cash handling. In the café, you are responsible for ensuring that food hygiene and other regulations are followed. You will work closely with the store manager in the shared task of driving the store forward. This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Employment is full-time, 40 hours/week. What we expect from you We are looking for someone with documented management experience in retail. Perhaps you have previously held a position as store manager in a smaller store, where you had overall responsibility for both staff and operations. Or you may have worked in a management position with responsibility for staff, sales, or operations, without being ultimately responsible, but now feel ready to take the next step in your development. A prerequisite is that you are confident in your leadership, experienced in making decisions, and have a strong drive to develop both people and procedures. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with customer service, cashier, or café duties, but the most important thing is that you have a good understanding of how to create efficient teams and high service quality. As a person, you are action-oriented, solution-focused, and organized. You thrive in a varied environment, are not afraid to pitch in where needed, and value order and organization around you.
