Arena Matchning AB is now recruiting a Career Consultant for Rusta och Matcha 2 in Habo! Arena Matchning is growing and we are looking for a driven and goal-oriented person with a strong desire to coach individuals and match them correctly to work or education within the framework of the Swedish Public Employment Service's Rusta och Matcha 2 program. As a Career Consultant, you will implement various initiatives at both individual and group levels, including resource mapping, application materials, lectures, arranging internships, and conducting coaching conversations. You have the opportunity to be creative and adapt your work to the individual, making the work both enjoyable and dynamic. You will also have close contact with employers/companies, so it's an advantage if you have good knowledge of the local job market. We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about people and motivated by helping others achieve their goals. You are skilled at listening, reading between the lines, and understanding what solutions are possible for your participants in their current situation. The role of Career Consultant requires a combination of structured and meticulous administrative work, identifying your participants' opportunities to enter the job market, and finding possible internship placements for them. If you have the ability to combine these three aspects, we can offer you an exciting role where you can make a difference for your fellow people. The role is located in Habo. Key responsibilities: · Conduct individual meetings to support and help candidates in their unique processes. · Plan and deliver seminars on how the job market works and what tools enable effective job searching. · Create job search plans for participants. · Continuous development of employer contacts to create good matches. To work with the Rusta & Matcha 2 program, you must meet one of the following requirements (attach documentation supporting the following requirements in your application): Option 1 Education: University degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time may also be accepted if the total work time equals full-time over two (2) years. Option 2 Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or work tasks: Management with personnel responsibility. Recruitment Transition work for job seekers. Educational and career guidance. Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration). Work with employment and labor market issues. Work with social and group psychology. Career counseling. Part-time may also be accepted if the total work time equals full-time over three (3) years. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with Rusta och Matcha.
