Arcus is now seeking a driven and engaged career consultant for the position Rusta & Matcha!
As a Career Consultant, you will daily meet people who have been job-seeking for an extended period and need your support to find their place in the labor market again.
To succeed in the career consultant role, you should:
Have a possibility-oriented approach
Be trustworthy and have the ability to create good relationships with both participants and employers.
Have good customer service awareness and attentiveness that comes naturally to you, and you are accustomed to having considerable contact with other people.
Be passionate about participants succeeding in finding employment or education.
Be able to apply Arcus methods and working approaches to create results and ensure contract compliance.
You will work with people both individually and in groups through individual meetings, workshops, interview training, and company visits. Company contacts are an important part of the matching process toward employment, which means we are seeking someone who can develop a contact network and has a strong ability to create and maintain company and customer contacts.
Formal Qualifications
Option 1
Education: University education of at least 180 credits.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of full-time work experience. Part-time can also be accepted if the accumulated work time equals full-time over two years.
Option 2
Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least passing grades.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or job duties:
Management with personnel responsibility
Recruitment
Transition work for job-seekers
Education and career guidance
Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
Work with employment and labor market issues
Work with social and group psychology
Career counseling
