Do you want to work with people and match job seekers to employment? Identify qualities in individuals to coach them and showcase them to employers. You will become an important part of our mission to support people on their path toward work or further studies. Our clients participate in the labor market program "Rusta och matcha" through the Swedish Public Employment Service. The work is largely independent and you are responsible for planning, structuring, and driving your work forward. You are also responsible for the office's opening hours and ensuring that the operation runs smoothly. You thrive with taking personal responsibility and have the ability to create security and engagement among participants. At the same time, you are part of an engaged team present in multiple locations. Together you collaborate, share experiences, and support one another to develop the operation. The role therefore requires a flexible approach and the ability to thrive in a day-to-day environment that can vary. An important part of your assignment is to build relationships with companies and partners to create employment opportunities for participants. You thrive with making contact, building networks, and finding new paths to employment. Good local knowledge of the job market in your area is an asset for succeeding in this role. Your Profile We are looking for you who are independent, driven, engaged, and have a genuine interest in helping other people develop. You are a natural relationship builder and enjoy working with both participants and employers. You are communicative, attentive, and have the ability to adapt to different individuals and situations. You work in a structured and thorough manner, with an understanding of the importance of planning, documentation, and follow-up to maintain quality in your work. An academic degree of at least 180 credits (3 years) is required for this position. The position is initially part-time at 75% but may be expanded.
