Career Coach Needed in Malmö Arena Workforce and our office in Malmö are now recruiting a team member to join our Prepare and Match program! This is a part-time position with immediate start or by agreement. As a career coach, you will be responsible for preparing job seekers to find employment or pursue education and matching them with employers. You will conduct assessments and help job seekers with employer contacts and network building. Who are you? It is advantageous if you have an extensive professional network in and around Malmö and nearby areas, or are prepared to actively work on creating and maintaining employer contacts. It is a merit if you have coaching experience. You need to be comfortable working with computers and various systems. Requirements To be eligible as an instructor in Prepare and Match, you must meet one of the following two options: 1) University/higher education degree of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system) plus at least two years of full-time work experience (part-time employment can be combined if the total hours equal full-time work over two years). 2) At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade plus at least three years of full-time work experience (part-time employment can be combined if the total hours equal full-time work over three years) in one or more of the following professions or tasks: · Management with personnel responsibility. · Recruitment. · Career transition work for job seekers. · Study and career guidance. · Personnel administration (not only personnel administration). · Work with labor and labor market issues. · Work with social and group psychology. · Career counseling. Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training (such as KY and YH). Please note that educational certificates and employer references must be attached to your application and are a requirement for employment to begin. Foreign degrees must be validated by UHR.
