At Master Training, we value education, expertise, and a scientific approach highly. Your Profile and Role: To succeed in this role, you are a solution-oriented person with strong self-leadership. While we support each other as a team, you take comprehensive responsibility for proactively generating your own bookings and managing your own schedule. You thrive at combining your therapeutic expertise with your own drive to build long-term client relationships within the club. Certified massage therapist with a couple of years of experience. Available to work at least 3 days per week (primarily evenings until 8 PM and weekends). Self-directed, enterprising, and driven regarding your own booking flow. A healthy role model with great humility and a strong service mindset. About the Position: We offer a developmental role in a family-like and highly professional workplace. The position can be structured as employment or a consulting engagement with commission-based compensation.
