We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in public administration within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adults, substance abuse, or economic assistance. In the role of consultant, you will come in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – it could be a matter of having difficulty recruiting, having temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden. We see that in this challenging job market, many people also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves a better chance at employment, both short-term and long-term. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our management system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to set up a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with, and suggest, relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month just like normal. We always agree on all aspects before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who decides what you are interested in.
