We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our management system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting work functions. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, for example your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think that sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can both invoice through your own company, or work as an employee and receive your salary each month just like normal.
