We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in municipal social services across any of our service areas for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for professionals who have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adults, substance abuse, or financial assistance. In the role of consultant, you will come in and support units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for existing staff and for clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this could involve difficulty in recruiting, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary personnel. We have social worker positions throughout Sweden. We see that in this challenging labor market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in this way, give themselves a better chance at employment, both short-term and long-term. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our business system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how working as a consultant functions. We will also need several documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month like normal. We are always in agreement on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who decides what you are interested in.
