We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in government administration within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in, for example, children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adult services, substance abuse, or economic assistance. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – it could be that they have difficulty recruiting, have temporary peaks in cases, or have sick leaves and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have Social Worker positions throughout Sweden. We see that in this challenging labor market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves greater chances of employment, both short-term and long-term. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operating system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consultant work functions. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you to, and make suggestions for, relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can both invoice through your own company, or work as an employee and receive your salary each month just like normal.
