How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our system. We start with an initial phone call where we get to know you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need a number of documents from you to set up a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and make suggestions for relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we'll agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters.
