How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is creating a profile in our system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need various documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and propose relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If an assignment sounds interesting to you, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual.
