About the Position Our client is in an exciting expansion phase and is seeking an experienced edge bander. For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities for a permanent transition with the client after 6 months. Job Description: As an edge bander, you will operate edge banding machines in a modern workshop environment with a wide variety of components. Component sizes vary considerably. In this role, you are responsible for following production schedules and ensuring work is performed according to current instructions. You will change tooling, retrieve and adjust machine programs, and work independently with blueprint reading to ensure correct component specifications. Measuring and quality control are integral parts of the job, and you are responsible for maintaining high precision and quality in production. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in industrial and workshop work. You are confident in your skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. Requirements: - Experience working with edge banding machines. - Relevant training/education. - Valid driver's license & access to a vehicle. - Experience with CNC/laser machines and welding is a plus.
