About the Job Hestraviken is now seeking a chef or cold kitchen cook for our cold kitchen on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work primarily in the cold kitchen where you are responsible for preparing and preparing items such as: appetizers salads and cold dishes desserts and sweet courses baked goods and bread preparations for buffets and service The work takes place in close collaboration with other chefs in the kitchen. We serve hotel guests, meeting guests, and restaurant guests, which means varied work where quality, good ingredients, and good teamwork are important. Qualifications We are looking for you who: have experience from restaurant kitchens or cold kitchens are thorough and organized in your work enjoy working in a team have an interest in cooking and baking Experience working in a cold kitchen, dessert preparation, or baking is a merit.
