About Us Mollösunds Wärdshus is a historic inn located at the end of Orust, in the old fishing village of Mollösund. The kitchen is the heart of the house, and we prepare honest, seasonal cuisine using ingredients from the sea and Bohuslän region. About the Role We are seeking a cold kitchen chef to oversee the cold kitchen – appetizers, salads, desserts, smorgasbords, and plating. You have an eye for beautiful presentation and maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards. We operate at a fast pace with plenty happening and a great team that enjoys working together. Employment Seasonal position with immediate start – we run at full capacity during the summer. Full-time or part-time by agreement, salary by agreement. There may be continued work in the fall, focused more on weekends, events, and conferences. Good to Know If you don't live nearby, staff housing can be arranged. Responsibilities Prepare and plate cold dishes, appetizers, and desserts Oversee smorgasbords and buffets for groups and events Maintain hygiene, organization, and quality control in the cold kitchen Support the hot kitchen as needed Qualifications Experience with cold kitchen work or similar kitchen work Meticulous, fast, and aesthetically skilled Responsible and a team player Basic knowledge of Swedish or English Merits Restaurant or culinary training Experience with buffets and event arrangements Live on or near Orust
