What will you be working with? As a cold kitchen cook, you deliver a first-class food experience with a focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation. Your workday is both varied and independent – from preparing chia pudding and sourdough sandwiches for breakfast, to preparing lunch and occasionally assisting with evening events. Your main tasks include: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food in the cold kitchen. Receive deliveries and place orders. Support colleagues in the hot kitchen when needed. Contribute to planning and ideas for menus and sustainable solutions. Who are you? We're looking for someone who shares our passion for sustainability, green flavors, and world-class service. You are organized and responsible, while also being collaborative and able to create a positive work environment. You thrive working independently, but also have a strong team spirit and contribute to the team reaching common goals. We see that you have: Several years of experience working in the restaurant industry, particularly in cold kitchens. Restaurant training or equivalent experience. Ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. An advantage, but not a requirement, is interest in or experience with hot kitchen work and baking.
