Experienced Cold Cuisine Chef

We love creating memorable dining experiences, whether it's a business lunch, a dinner party for 300 guests, or a break service at Berwaldhallen during a magical concert evening. As a cold cuisine chef with us, you'll become an important part of a tight-knit and family-like team. The work is varied and developmental – one day you might work alongside our head chef developing new menus, the next day prepare dishes for a large event or bake something delicious for a client meeting. Sometimes we leave our kitchen in Solna and work at customer locations around the city or backstage at Berwaldhallen, where we run café and bar operations for Swedish Radio at over a hundred concerts per year. It's precisely the variety and pace that makes the job exciting, and with us you'll have the opportunity to grow and make your mark on both menus and customer experiences. We're looking for someone with restaurant training and at least five years of experience in restaurants and/or catering. You're creative, meticulous, and thrive in a busy environment. We'd love to see experience in catering and an interest in desserts and baking. A driver's license is a major advantage, but most importantly, we value your passion for the craft and your drive to always go the extra mile. The position is full-time, primarily weekdays between 8–17, though evening and weekend work occurs.
