WE'RE LOOKING FOR A COLD KITCHEN SPECIALIST AT SMAKSAK IN MALMÖ We're growing and need to strengthen our team with a cold kitchen specialist for our production facility in Malmö! At Smaksak, we work with catering, events, and food production in large volumes. Snälltåget is one of our major customers requiring deliveries every day of the year. The pace can be fast and days are varied – that's why we're looking for someone who enjoys structure, is efficient, and has an eye for quality. We're looking for you who: • Have experience as a cold kitchen specialist or from a kitchen/food production environment • Are fast and efficient without compromising on quality • Are careful and organized • Can work independently and take responsibility • Thrive in a team where we help each other when needed Your responsibilities will include: • Preparation and assembly of cold dishes • Salads, sandwiches, wraps, and catering production • Plating and packing orders • Preparations for events and large deliveries • Routine kitchen and production tasks We offer a varied workplace in a company with a fast pace, short decision-making processes, and ambitious goals.
