Community is important to us, both in projects and at lunch and coffee breaks. Focus in Your Role This is a role for someone who wants to work with more than just one part of the process. You follow projects from start to finish, from the first inquiry to implementation and completion. You work closely with customers, production, and colleagues while being responsible for estimating, planning, and project management. More examples of tasks in the role: Estimating and project preparation Quantity and material calculations Work based on drawings and technical documentation Production and estimating documentation Customer and supplier communication Coordination between design, production, and assembly Project monitoring and documentation Work in Excel and business systems 3D modeling when needed What We're Looking For We believe you have a few years of experience from construction, contracting, or project activities and feel confident working closely with customers, projects, and technical documentation. Perhaps you currently work as a project manager, estimator, or supervisor, or you're a carpenter and feel it's time to take the next step. To thrive in the role, we believe you have good understanding of drawings and experience working with estimates or project management. You're comfortable using Excel as a work tool and have strong administrative and digital skills. If you also have knowledge of contract law within construction, we'd see that as a major plus. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable with English at work. If you have experience with steel, metalwork, or have worked in SketchUp before, we're especially pleased, but what matters most to us is not exactly where you come from, but that you want to contribute with your experience and develop together with us.
