LBF Bygg AB works with both larger and smaller construction projects, building services, and renovation projects. Our clients include municipalities, property companies, commercial operations, and government organizations.
We are now looking for a driven and business-minded Estimator/Procurement Specialist who wants to strengthen our team further.
About the Position
In the role of estimator/procurement specialist, you will have a central and important function in our projects. You work closely with operations and actively participate in the bid and procurement process – from the initial inquiry to completed contract documentation.
You have a good understanding of construction production, market prices, and contracting processes, as well as the ability to create competitive and well-developed estimates.
We would like to see that you have practical experience from construction production and have previously worked in the field.
Examples of Work Tasks
Prepare bid estimates
Prepare alternative bids and solutions
Prepare and compile contract documentation
Participate in planning and development of procurement schedules
Handle quotation requests and evaluate received offers
Manage procurement and supplier contacts
Send out and follow up on inquiries

We are looking for someone who is thorough, well-organized, and quality-conscious. You have a business-minded approach, good cost awareness, and the ability to make well-founded decisions.
You enjoy working independently and driving your work forward, while being a team player with good collaboration skills. Working toward clear deadlines feels motivating and natural to you.
You have good computer skills and feel comfortable working with numbers and administrative systems.
