JVAB is currently looking for an estimator for our operations in Kungens Kurva!
As an estimator at JVAB, you will participate in procurement work by preparing competitive bid documents. You will estimate jobs and be responsible for bid and quotation work for varying land and construction projects. You will work with analysis of request documents, cost bases, and quantity calculations.
To succeed in this role, you have:
At least 5 years of experience estimating land and construction projects
Participate in procurement work by preparing competitive bid documents
Have knowledge of market prices and market developments
Responsible for estimates regarding quantity calculations, pricing, and overhead calculations
Responsible for capacity planning
Driver's license (Category B)
Swedish language (spoken/written)
