Position: Cost Estimator, Construction Project Budgeter – Modular Buildings (Czech language) Start Date: June 1, 2026, Salary: 30,000 - 60,000 Kč/month Work Location: Žežická 522, 261 01 Příbram VII. Contact: Donátová Kristýna Mgr., e-mail: [email protected] Additional Information: Job Responsibilities • Prepare construction budgets using calculation software based on customer inquiries and project documentation • Modify, adjust, and price construction budgets • Collaborate with the technical department on technical solution proposals • Update prices and add new items to the database • Request quotes from specialized subcontractors and evaluate their pricing offers • Work with technical and sales departments – prepare material lists for production, issue work orders, print and archive documentation, distribute materials to individual departments • Prepare material delivery notes for orders • Prepare declarations of performance for shipped orders • Track issued orders (responsible person, number of modules, prices, etc.) Requirements • Fluent Czech language skills, both written and verbal • Experience in a similar position (knowledge of ÚRS, OTSKP is a plus) • Secondary or higher technical education (preferred) • Technical and analytical thinking • Independence, responsibility, and proactive work approach • Attention to detail and carefulness • Ability to navigate project documentation and technical standards (preferred) • Willingness to learn and develop further Employee Benefits: • Fixed-term contract for 1 year, then permanent contract • Competitive compensation based on experience 40 – 60,000 Kč • 25 days of annual leave • Meal vouchers 160 Kč/day with employer contribution • Air conditioning, ventilation, and shading at the workplace • Discounted phone plan – also available for family members • Company events – summer barbecue, Christmas party • Refreshments and fruit provided at the workplace • Opportunities for career advancementPosition: Cost Estimator, Construction Project Budgeter – Modular Buildings (Czech language) Start Date: June 1, 2026, Salary: 30,000 - 60,000 Kč/month Work Location: Žežická 522, 261 01 Příbram VII.
