Materials Handler for Norrland Ranger Battalion Staff at K 4

Norrlands dragonregemente K 4 in Arvidsjaur is a small regiment which means proximity to everything, both within operations and among colleagues. Norrlands dragonregemente trains, develops and leads ranger units with qualified capability to operate in depth of enemy formations in a subarctic environment. Your position as a materials handler at Norrbottens dragonregemente K 4 will be at the support section at Norrlandsjägarbataljonstab. Main Responsibilities As a materials handler your main focus will be on tasks related to the logistics area, with material services in focus. You will work with monitoring, processing and reporting of materials in the support systems PRIO (SAP) and LIFT. You will also coordinate and conduct material inventories and inspections. You will support the preparation of documentation, reports and lists. You will also handle various types of orders and resolve other tasks at battalion staff. Recurring contact and cooperation with other units is a natural part of the work, as well as providing general administrative support to the battalion at various levels. The Swedish Armed Forces is experiencing strong growth and work tasks may develop over time. You will participate in exercise activities. Qualifications Requirements · Three-year upper secondary education (with approved final grades) or equivalent education/work experience that the employer deems relevant. · Good knowledge of the components of MS Office. · Good computer skills. · Good knowledge of both Swedish and English – in both speech and writing. · Driver's license category B (manual).
