We are now seeking personal care assistants for a client who lives in Herrljunga About the job as a personal care assistant As a personal care assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Work tasks Your work tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. We are looking for you who: We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and learns new tasks easily. You have knowledge of Down syndrome and low-demand approaches. At Särnmark you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training in the role of personal care assistant. About the employment The employment is for a fixed term for as long as the assistance assignment lasts and the salary form is hourly pay. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends.
