We Invite You to Our Team COMMERCIAL LAW DEPARTMENT JURIST civil servant position We Will Entrust You With: • Developing policy in commercial law and/or insolvency; • Drafting legal acts and evaluating legal act drafts developed by other institutions; • Consulting institutions and private individuals on matters within the department's competence. We Expect You to Have: • Compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; • Higher education in legal sciences with a jurist qualification; you may also be a student in a master's program; • Experience in legal work or in legal policy development; • Good knowledge of English; • General knowledge in the field of administrative procedure; • Knowledge of the process for developing and advancing legal acts and policy planning documents; • Analytical thinking, independence, and initiative.
