Ministry of Justice is the leading state administration institution in the field of justice, develops, organizes and coordinates policy in 20 areas; is the highest institution overseeing 10 subordinate state administration institutions; cooperation partner with other sector ministries, non-governmental organizations, professional associations We Invite You to Our Team LEGAL DEPARTMENT LITIGATION DIVISION JURIST civil servant position We will entrust you with: representing the state's interests in court; preparing drafts of litigation documents (claims, explanations, appeals and cassation complaints and other procedural documents); reviewing private individuals' claims for damages related to unfounded criminal proceedings and preparing decisions. We expect you to have: compliance with the requirements of Section 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education in law with a lawyer qualification (students in master's programs may also apply); knowledge of administrative law, administrative procedure law, civil procedure law and knowledge of constitutional law; knowledge of legal document drafting and formatting; professional experience working as a lawyer or in the court system; high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and analytical work abilities; ability to speak publicly and argue your opinion persuasively; excellent computer skills; analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, and teamwork.
