Digital Transformation Legal Support Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- provide legal support and participate in resolving legal matters at all ministry levels;
- perform tasks requiring in-depth knowledge of the information society, e-governance, and state information and communication technology law sectors;
- prepare legal opinions and consult ministry structural units;
- participate in the preparation, coordination, and improvement of legal documents;
- represent the ministry's interests in legal matters in cooperation with other institutions, as well as in court proceedings.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- academic or second-level professional higher education in law;
- practical work experience as a jurist;
- work experience in a state or local government institution (considered an advantage);
- experience in document preparation (normative acts and other legal documents);
- knowledge of administrative procedures and the application of the Administrative Procedure Law;
- understanding of state administration, including local government, operating principles and normative regulation;
- knowledge of the normative act hierarchy, development process, and application procedures;
- desirable knowledge or practical experience in the information society, e-governance, and state information and communication technology law sectors and the normative acts regulating them;
- knowledge and understanding of European Union functioning and its normative act system;
- good English language skills, including knowledge of legal terminology (job duties include working with documents and communication in English);
- ability to work both in a team and independently, conceptual thinking, good communication skills, results orientation, and professional ethics;
- compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
