SIA "Jēkabpils reģionālā slimnīca" Announces an opening for: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST / JURIST (PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST) (Permanent position) Monthly salary: EUR 1300 - EUR 1600 gross, depending on the candidate's qualifications and work experience. Location: Stadiona iela 1, Jēkabpils, Jēkabpils novads, LV-5201 Requirements for candidates: 1. First-level/Second-level higher education in law; 2. Knowledge of regulatory acts governing the field; 3. Knowledge of EIS (Electronic Procurement System); 4. Knowledge of the state language at the highest level; 5. Good communication skills, accuracy, and high sense of responsibility; 6. Ability to legally analyze, argue, and interpret legal norms; 7. Ability to prepare documents and regulatory acts. Main job duties: 1. Ensure the organization of public procurement and procurement procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory acts; 2. Develop a draft annual public procurement plan; 3. Develop procurement procedure documentation; 4. Prepare draft documents necessary for conducting procurement (regulations, technical specifications, price request document drafts); 5. Develop methodological materials on organizing procurement procedures; 6. Solve non-standard supply problems, ensure development of internal procurement procedures; 7. Control the fulfillment of obligations by suppliers and service providers; 8. Ensure the publication of procurement documentation and information in the Procurement Oversight Bureau's Publication Management System (PVS), electronic procurement system (EIS), and the hospital's website. 9. Analyze issues related to the implementation of public procurement procedures and provide suggestions for their resolution; 10. Conduct correspondence related to procurement and prepare draft procurement documents, control their compliance with regulatory acts; 11. Conduct correspondence with natural and legal persons in accordance with regulatory requirements.
