Demand for our legal services is growing and we are now seeking a lawyer with good experience in economic family law for our office in Enköping. Here you will combine independent client responsibility with the security of an experienced legal team.
At our Enköping office, a lawyer works today who will be your closest colleague. At the same time, you will be part of Fyrklövern's legal group of ten lawyers at several locations, which gives you both close local collaboration and a broad network of knowledgeable colleagues to discuss issues with and develop together.
You will primarily work with inheritance law and you will support and guide people through some of life's most important events and decisions.

Who are you?
As an applicant, you have an academic degree in law and at least three years of experience with independent work as a practicing lawyer in economic family law. Experience from a law firm or attorney's office we see as particularly valuable since the role involves independent client responsibility, business acumen and qualified advice to our customers.
The focus of the role will be on estate inventories and inheritance settlements. We are therefore looking for someone with good experience in the field who enjoys that type of assignment and wants to continue developing in the field. You will also help customers with wills, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and powers of attorney within economic family law. For those with interest and experience, there may also be an opportunity to work to some extent with generational and ownership transfers, especially in forestry and agriculture.
You are used to taking responsibility for your customer relationships and feel confident in the advisory role. You find it easy to build trust, communicate clearly and collaborate with both customers and colleagues. Occasionally representing Fyrklövern at customer meetings, networking events and other activities, you see as a natural part of the role. You need to be able to communicate freely in Swedish both spoken and written as the work involves qualified advice and preparation of legal documents. We view positively that you are curious about digital working methods and use modern technical tools, including AI-based tools, to work efficiently and qualitatively. You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office programs.
A driving license is a requirement because the position involves travel to customers, other offices and partners.
