No. 90001037264) announces a competition for the vacant position of Legal Advisor (national) civil servant in the Supervisory Department for an indefinite term The Supervisory Department of the Data State Inspectorate collective ensures supervision of personal data processing and protection regarding the compliance with data subjects' rights, fundamental principles of personal data processing, and the conditions of controllers' and processors' obligations in special processing situations in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Processing of Personal Data of Natural Persons, and other regulatory acts defining the Data State Inspectorate's competence, and where necessary, implements appropriate cooperation and consistency measures with data protection supervisory authorities of other countries. We will entrust you with reviewing complaints from natural persons, notifications from controllers about personal data protection violations, and submissions from other third parties (public institutions, organizations, associations) about suspected violations in the personal data processing protection field; conducting inspections and investigations within administrative and administrative violation proceedings regarding the non-fulfillment of controllers' and processors' obligations in personal data processing protection, preparing all investigation and procedural work documents, and providing consultations on personal data protection regulations. Monthly salary after trial period up to 2350 EUR (before tax). When determining the monthly salary after the trial period, the qualification and competency assessment as well as work performance evaluation before the end of the trial period are taken into account.
