No. 90001037264) announces a competition for a vacant Legal Advisor (national) civil servant position in the Prevention Department for a fixed-term period The Data State Inspectorate's Prevention Department collective ensures the performance of the Data State Inspectorate's functions with respect to data transfers to third countries; public information; supervision and registration of personal data protection specialists, certification processes, data protection impact assessments, approval of codes of conduct and supervision of their implementation; monitors development trends insofar as they affect personal data protection; licenses and supervises credit information bureaus and customer due diligence tools; plans, coordinates and implements cooperation with international and European Union supervisory authorities in the performance of the Data State Inspectorate's functions; supervises EU-level information systems. We will entrust you with performing qualification assignments, registration, supervision and educational measures for data protection specialists; conducting preliminary checks and supervision of licensed and accredited service providers in accordance with regulatory acts; planning, organizing and conducting preventive inspections by the Data State Inspectorate. Provide consultation on personal data protection issues; conduct public information activities. Evaluate documents submitted to the Data State Inspectorate, including codes of conduct, binding regulations of enterprises, for compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements for candidates: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law academic or second-level professional higher education in social sciences legal work experience of at least 1 year (if education is in legal sciences) legal work experience of at least 3 years (if education is in social sciences (except legal sciences)) knowledge of administrative procedures and the principles of state administration ability to analyze large volumes of legal documents and assess their compliance with the regulatory framework ability to analyze situations and consequences of actions, find the most appropriate solution English language A2 level competencies: customer orientation, flexible thinking, planning and organization, initiative, teamwork good skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The monthly salary of the Data State Inspectorate Prevention Department Legal Advisor civil servant during the probation period from 1484 EUR to 1856 EUR (before tax payment), depending on the candidate's previous legal work experience and qualifications, as well as the competency assessment obtained as a result of the position competition selection. Monthly salary after probation up to 2350 EUR (before tax payment). When setting the monthly salary after the probation period, the qualification and competency assessment, as well as the work performance assessment before the end of the probation period, are taken into account.
