If you want to be part of developing the next generation of technical management in a rapidly growing and entrepreneurship-driven real estate company, this is an opportunity for you! Cavendo's ambition is to be a market leader in active property management and is now taking the next step by establishing Technical Management as an integrated business area within the company. As a Junior Technical Manager, you will play a central role in driving value creation in Cavendo's property portfolio by working integrally with our Technical Managers and ensuring that administrative, operational, and coordinating tasks related to property ownership responsibilities, regulatory requirements, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting are executed efficiently. The role is also designed as a development platform for future technical managers within the organization, with the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibility in investments, procurement, and strategic technical property management. Cavendo's organization is characterized by business-minded efficiency and short decision paths. The position is based in Stockholm. Your Role as Junior Technical Manager You work across our property portfolio—not tied to individual properties—with overall responsibility for ensuring that administrative, operational, and coordinating tasks are performed with high quality and consistency across the entire Stockholm portfolio. The role requires you to drive parallel processes and projects ranging from regulatory requirements and contract administration to energy monitoring and project handovers while creating structure and order. You are the link between technical managers, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders. You report to the Asset Manager and work closely with Technical Managers in daily operations. Together, you form a cohesive management team where your contribution is critical to enabling the team to focus on long-term development, operational net optimization, and value creation. The role includes: Coordinating authority inspections, controls, and systematic fire safety work (SBA). Administering contracts, procurements, and supplier follow-up. Serving as the contact point for operations contractors and technical consultants. Responding for data collection, reporting, and quality assurance in management and energy systems. Preparing and quality-assuring documentation for OPEX, energy, and sustainability reports. Driving administrative and analytical monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and supporting centralized procurements. Ensuring handover from construction and technical projects to operations: documentation, warranty management, and final inspections. Participating in the development of processes, templates, and procedures for technical property management. Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives at creating structure in complex processes and who takes equal responsibility for details as for the bigger picture. You are self-driven, analytical, and unpretentious and tackle administrative tasks and strategic questions with the same engagement and thoroughness. You have a natural drive to improve and optimize workflows and enjoy working in a high-paced environment where no two days are the same. You communicate freely with contractors, authorities, and colleagues alike, and quickly build trust through your structured approach and focus on delivery. The role suits you if you are ambitious and development-oriented and have the potential and desire to grow into a Technical Manager role in the long term. Qualifications: University degree in real estate, construction, or engineering. At least 2 years of experience in technical or construction project administration or operations coordination. Strong analytical ability and interest in the relationship between technology, economics, and business value. Good financial understanding and interest in budget monitoring and investment planning. Structured, thorough, and solution-oriented with the ability to manage and drive parallel processes. Good knowledge of MS Office. Fluent in Swedish and English. Driver's license (Category B). Experience with property management systems, energy monitoring tools, and supplier portals is a plus. What We Offer You step into a role where the structure is not yet set—you are part of building it from the ground up. Here you have a unique opportunity to shape both the role and the Technical Management business area. Cavendo is a company where decisions are made close to operations. With 17 employees and a portfolio of 11 billion kronor, you get a combination that is rare: institutional scale and entrepreneurial freedom of action. Your ideas don't meet a long internal process—they meet a decision. For more information, visit our website: Cavendo - Real estate investment management.
