Junior Sales Controller for International Company in Kista

SJR is now recruiting a Junior Sales Controller for our client in Kista, an international company with high transaction volumes. The assignment starts immediately and is initially set for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. You will work closely with the business in a dynamic environment with office presence for most of the work week. About the Role As a Junior Sales Controller, you will have primary responsibility for the Nordic sales program with a focus on cost control of sales deductions and monitoring the sales team's performance. You will also train the sales team and handle customer complaints. The role includes administrative tasks that free up time for the sales team so they can focus on core business—sales. You will have a central position where your work contributes to efficient processes and strong business results. Responsibilities As a Junior Sales Controller, you will be responsible for: - Management of sales programs (commercial terms). - Verification of customer complaints and invoice posting (e.g., GERP, GEVS). - Monitoring the sales team's compliance with regulations in accordance with HQ policy. - Understanding the financial reporting structure and ability to analyze costs as needed. - Training the sales organization on company policy and sales program processes. - External reporting to customers and industry organizations. Suitable Background You have an academic degree, likely in economics or a related field, and 1–3 years of work experience in analytical work or similar tasks. You have excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Personal Qualities You are responsible, engaged, and solution-oriented with an efficient work approach. You are analytical and have a good understanding of numbers while possessing strong communication skills, as the role requires the ability to convey insights and propose actions within the organization. You are organized, thorough, and understand the importance of quality in your work. With a proactive approach, you take initiative and handle ad hoc tasks independently.
