You will be responsible for ensuring our cars are in absolutely top condition before delivery to customers – work characterized by attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to service. Your responsibilities include: Responsibility for both exterior and interior reconditioning of vehicles according to our quality procedures Ensuring that cars meet Autohero's high quality standards before further sale Working closely with the reconditioning team to plan, execute, and document work Contributing to an organized and structured team with a focus on quality, efficiency, and good collaboration Creating, maintaining, and improving a well-organized work environment where you and your colleagues thrive Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Practically minded, independent but also a team player Structured and enjoys working methodically toward clear goals Holds a high school diploma or has at least 1 year of work experience Ideally has experience with car reconditioning or similar tasks in the automotive industry Holds a valid manual B driver's license (requirement) Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English Thorough, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Additional Information Are you ready for your next challenge?
