We are now seeking a Junior Accounting Specialist for our accounting team in Stockholm for a temporary position from November 2026 to November 2027, with the possibility of extension. About the Role As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you will be an important part of the accounting function and will work primarily with invoicing and accounts receivable for the companies within the 2Secure Group. The role is operational and supportive and includes ongoing accounting administration, reconciliations, and contact with both internal functions and customers and suppliers. You will work closely with other colleagues in accounting and report operationally to the CFO. During 2027, we are also planning a change of ERP system, where you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the project group and contribute to, among other things, testing and development of work methods and processes. You will work with, among other things: - Invoicing, accounts receivable, and invoice reminders - Handling of customer invoice inquiries and expenses - Bank reconciliations and manual payments - Support with accounts payable and closing statement reconciliations - Ongoing accounting administration and development of work methods - Testing and participation in project group for ERP system change in 2027 Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in accounts receivable and ongoing accounting administration who enjoys an operational role with many points of contact. For the role, you need to have: - Relevant higher education in accounting/finance or equivalent - At least 2 years of work experience in accounts receivable - Experience with invoicing and ongoing accounting administration - Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel - Experience working in accounting or ERP systems - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English It is a merit if you have experience with: - Accounts payable and closing statement reconciliations - Visma PX or Control - Implementation, testing, or change of accounting/ERP systems Personal Qualities We Value Highly To thrive in the role, we believe you are thorough, structured, and responsible. About the Employment Employment Type: Temporary Position Period: November 2026 – November 2027, with possibility of extension Location: Stockholm Salary Range: 38,000–45,000 SEK per month.
