Your responsibilities As a junior project manager/engineer, you become part of Masterventilation's project organization and work closely with the company's experienced project managers. The role combines project management with ventilation engineering, and you have the opportunity to grow into the role based on your previous experience. Your responsibilities include, among other things: * Supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of ventilation projects * Gradually taking responsibility for and driving your own projects * Working with ventilation engineering * Reading and working from drawings and technical documentation * Monitoring project finances and progress * Maintaining ongoing contact with colleagues and others involved in projects * Working with digital drawings and 3D models Your profile We are looking for someone in the middle or early part of their career who wants to develop within project management and engineering. As a person, you are driven, curious, and organized. You easily understand new technical solutions and enjoy working with others. You are responsible and have an interest in understanding the bigger picture of a project. We are looking for someone who has: * Education in HVAC, ventilation, or another relevant technical field and/or practical experience from the industry * Technical understanding and interest in ventilation * Good digital proficiency It is a merit if you have: * Experience with MagiCAD, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam * Experience with engineering, project management, or working close to projects * Experience working in or navigating 3D models Other information Work location: Kristianstad Start: By agreement Duration: Permanent employment Working hours: Daytime In this recruitment, Masterventilation is collaborating with Maxkompetens.
