We are looking for a junior project manager who wants to work with complex and business-critical development projects. Under overall leadership, you will be responsible for planning, structuring, implementing, and monitoring high-priority projects. You will work closely with internal and external clients and help develop business plans, strategies, and working methods that create new opportunities for the organization. The role also includes supplier contacts, planning meetings, and monitoring of project scope and expected results. You will have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and work with the entire project cycle – from defining scope and resource planning to risk management, implementation, reporting, and closure. Key Responsibilities Plan, structure, and monitor assigned projects Define project scope, objectives, resources, working methods, and expected results Identify, analyze, and monitor project-related risks Coordinate internal and external clients, suppliers, and service providers Lead planning meetings with suppliers and other stakeholders Support clients in developing business plans, strategies, and implementation plans Contribute to the establishment and development of local project organizations Prepare and conduct presentations for management and other stakeholders Report on project status, risks, progress, and expected results Ensure that projects are completed within agreed time and scope Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field One to three years of relevant work experience in areas such as project management, project coordination, business development, or supplier management Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Strong ability to plan, structure, and monitor work Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external parties Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and solution-oriented. You have a business-minded approach and enjoy coordinating people, activities, and deliverables. You are communicative, responsible, and comfortable presenting information to both project teams and management. You can work independently while contributing to constructive collaboration. About the Position This is a full-time position and work is carried out 100 percent on-site at the client's office in Stockholm. Selection and interviews are ongoing. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment. The position requires that you undergo and pass a security clearance according to applicable security regulations.
