Do you have a strong technical interest, enjoy mechanical products, and thrive when combining practical work with precision and problem-solving? We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop in a broad, production-focused role. Here you'll have the opportunity to work with advanced technical products and become part of a smaller company in strong growth! About the position: On behalf of our client, we're now seeking a Junior Production Technician at an innovative engineering company that develops electromechanical products for various industrial applications. The company is in an expansive phase and works with the entire product development chain, from idea and design to assembly, testing, and delivery. In this role, you will support production with a focus on, among other things, quality control of incoming components, traceability, and documentation. You will work closely with production, purchasing, and R&D, and will gradually learn more about the products and manufacturing processes. The role is broad and can develop based on your competence and interests, for example toward testing, pre-assembly, and other production-related tasks. Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials and components (IQC). - Document inspections, deviations, and ensure traceability of materials and components. - Provide practical support to production with, for example, preparations, pre-assembly, and other production-related tasks. - Collaborate with R&D and purchasing on drawings, critical dimensions, and component quality. We're looking for you who: - Have a strong technical interest, particularly in mechanics, production, and technical products. - Have relevant technical education, for example in mechanics, production, automotive, or similar, or have acquired equivalent practical knowledge in other ways. - Are practically minded and enjoy working hands-on with technical and mechanical products. - Have good computer skills and feel comfortable documenting your work in various systems. It is an advantage if you have previous experience from, for example, production, assembly, quality control, or other practical technical work, but what matters most is your interest and willingness to learn. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. To thrive in the role, we believe you are thorough, curious, and solution-oriented. You are unpretentious and enjoy rolling up your sleeves where needed, while taking responsibility for the work being done properly. As you will have several contact points, we also see that you are social and enjoy collaborating with others. About the Company: Our client is a Swedish engineering company that develops advanced electromechanical solutions for industrial applications. The company is in a growth phase and works with products used in several different segments in both the Swedish and international markets. You'll become part of a smaller organization where development, production, testing, and purchasing work closely together, and where you'll have a good opportunity to learn and develop.
