Junior Price Analyst with Strong Excel Skills

SJR is now hiring a driven Price Analyst for our client in Kista, a global company in the electronics industry. This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible and initially for 6 months with great potential for extension. About the Role The Price Promotion & Terms Analyst role is a key position within the TV & AV business area and is responsible for ensuring that market, sales, and business data are used effectively to strengthen our client's market position in the Nordic region. The position involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product management, and the leadership team. As a Price Promotion & Terms Analyst, you work both strategically and operationally to develop pricing, campaign, and terms strategies as well as create analyses and insights that form the basis for business-critical decisions. The role is central to ensuring that the business operates data-driven and that the sales organization receives the right support to achieve its goals. Responsibilities - Develop and implement pricing, campaign, and terms strategies. - Ensure that activities support the business area's strategy and goals. - Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts. - Monitor and analyze Sell-In, Sell-Out, and market development. - Conduct customer analyses and identify business opportunities. - Develop insights and recommendations for business and customer development. - Support the sales organization in planning, goal-setting, and follow-up. - Manage ongoing reporting and results tracking. - Present analyses and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Suitable Background We are looking for someone who is early in their career and has recently completed a post-secondary education in economics, business, marketing, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience. You have some experience with commercial analysis work, business intelligence, sales analysis, or project management in a business-driven organization. It is an advantage if you have worked with retail, consumer electronics, or other fast-moving markets. You are experienced in handling large amounts of data and have a strong ability to transform complex information into clear conclusions and concrete business recommendations. You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience creating reports and presentations for different audiences. You communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You work carefully and methodically with great attention to detail, while also having the ability to see the big picture and connect analyses to business strategic goals.
