Together, we accelerate the transition toward a more sustainable society. Job Description We are seeking a structured and proactive PMO Support professional to join a Resource Management project. In this role, you will support both project management and process/design activities, working closely with project managers, stream leads, and key stakeholders across both business and IT. You will have an important role in ensuring efficient coordination, high-quality documentation, and smooth collaboration throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project meetings, workshops, steering committee forums, and design sessions, including agendas, meeting minutes, and action item follow-ups. Maintain project and design documentation, such as requirements specifications, process flows, decision logs, risk logs, and status reports. Track activities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across different work streams. Support backlog management and governance processes in Azure DevOps. Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for management. Coordinate reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communication activities. Ensure that documentation is well-structured, easily accessible, and version-controlled. Qualifications We believe you have: Recently completed an engineering degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering or similar) Experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, operational support, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience working with documentation, requirements management, governance processes, or reporting. Good proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools is a plus. A proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities in parallel. Language Requirements: Fluent English in speech and writing (mandatory) Swedish is highly desirable Additional Information This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in project management, process development, and operational transformation in a complex and business-critical project environment.
