Jefferson Wells is now seeking a Junior Operational Buyer for an extended consulting assignment at a leading company in the industrial sector. Work Location: Örnsköldsvik Employment Type: Consulting assignment via Jefferson Wells Scope: Full-time, work performed on-site at client Assignment Period: 1 year, start immediately or by agreement. There are good opportunities for continued employment. Other: Selection and interviews ongoing The assignment requires approved security clearance and drug test before the assignment starts. The security clearance may require certain citizenship. About the Assignment In your role as Junior Operational Buyer, you are responsible for ensuring material supply to the company's production flows. You will work with purchasing materials and components, manage changes in needs and deliveries, and help production meet set plans and targets. The work involves close collaboration with several internal functions and suppliers, where you continuously manage reprioritizations, change requests, and delivery follow-ups. Responsibilities Operational purchasing of materials and components Ensure material availability for production and operations Handle change requests and replanning Follow up on deliveries and supplier performance Work in business systems and administer purchasing-related processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet company needs We are Looking for You To succeed in the role, we see that you are flexible, stress-resilient, and have a structured work approach.
