About the Position As a Junior Master Data Administrator, you play an important role in ensuring that the company's product data is correct, complete, and up-to-date in the business systems. You work with administration and quality assurance of product information and have ongoing contact with various functions within the organization to ensure high data quality. Your main responsibilities include: Review and quality assurance of product data. Administration and updating of product information in business systems. Handling of incoming information via email and telephone. Collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure correct and current master data. Ongoing administrative tasks related to product data. This is a consulting assignment via StudentConsulting starting in early fall and addresses a long-term need, with good opportunities for extension and takeover by the client. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 08.00–17.00. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone with a structured work approach who enjoys administrative work where accuracy and quality are the focus. You are self-motivated, take responsibility, and collaborate easily with others. We'd like to see that you have: Completed upper secondary education. Previous experience in administrative work is a merit. Good system skills and strong knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel. Experience working in business or ERP systems is a merit. Experience from the construction, industrial, or wholesale sector is a plus, but not a requirement. Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
