ABOUT THE ROLE: As a junior mechanical engineer, you will become part of an experienced team working on the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and technical solutions. You will work closely with both production and development teams and will have a mentor to support you during your onboarding. Your responsibilities will include: Design and development of fixtures and technical aids. Production support and technical problem-solving. Creation of technical documentation, layouts, and drawings. Participation in tests, analyses, and development projects. Collaboration with various departments to improve products, processes, and manufacturing methods. In the long term, there are excellent opportunities to take on greater responsibility in process development, production engineering, and technical improvement projects. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU: Have a civil or technical engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education. Have a genuine interest in technology and want to develop within production and process development. Have basic knowledge of CAD. Speak and write fluent Swedish and English. Merits: Experience from the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of design, materials engineering, or strength of materials. Experience with simulation or technical analysis. Programming skills, for example Python. We believe you are a curious and solution-oriented person who enjoys understanding how technology works in practice. You enjoy combining theory with practical work and are motivated by solving technical challenges together with others. To succeed in the role, you are analytical, organized, and have a desire to develop over time. You appreciate working close to operations and take a long-term view of your technical career. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially you will be employed by Friday.
