Description:

Imagine starting your morning meeting with a few minutes of meditation, having the freedom to plan your own day and being part of a workplace where people are believed to perform best when given trust. Here comes the dream role for you—an open-minded, wellness-focused service professional who is an expert at identifying top-class customer service. We're looking for someone who finds recruitment exciting and wants to help discover future stars for an international wellness company. An Unusual WorkplaceThis is a job where you'll meet people from all over the world. Without leaving your home office. This company is passionate about creating wellness and spa experiences in unique environments by the sea. Here, well-being, care and personal development aren't just words on a website—they genuinely run through the business. You'll be part of a workplace where there's room for big ideas, creativity and a culture that challenges the traditional office model. Where no one raises an eyebrow if you suggest an ice bath, a yoga session or a walk instead of a classic after-work event. The business is growing rapidly and over the coming years the need for new employees will continue to increase as the company expands. The role is completely remote and you can work from anywhere. At the same time, we'd like to see you get the opportunity early on to visit the workplace to experience the environment and the people behind it. What Could a Day Look Like in Your Role? You start the day with a cup of coffee and a quick check-in with the team. Then candidates from different parts of the world await in your calendar. One hour you're reviewing an application from a spa therapist from Bali, the next you're talking to a receptionist from Italy or conducting an interview with a massage therapist from Canada. Your task? To understand the person behind the CV and help the team find people who have both the right skills and will thrive in the culture. Your responsibilities will include: Review and select incoming applications. Make first contact with candidates from different parts of the world. Conduct initial interviews. Assess motivation, personality and service mindset. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Work in the company's recruitment system and manage candidate flows. Contribute to building a strong candidate pool for future recruitments. You'll receive thorough onboarding and will work closely with an experienced colleague who will teach you the business from the ground up. We believe the right person for the role has... ... Worked in spa, hotel, restaurant, customer service or another business where people are central. ... Traveled extensively, lived abroad or met people from different cultures. ... A desire to take the next step in your career but still work closely with people every day. As a person, you are: Thoughtful and genuinely interested in people. Responsible and self-directed. Curious and open to different perspectives and cultures. Structured without being rigid. Unpretentious and collaborative. Comfortable with digital tools and systems. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. You don't need to have worked in recruitment before. What matters most is that you have good people skills, a strong service mindset and a willingness to learn.
