Now the payroll team at MAX Burgers in Luleå is looking for a junior colleague who wants to support our thousands of employees. Become part of a team with high professionalism and lots of warmth! Your role As a junior payroll administrator, you are an important part of the team and support daily work within the payroll area. You will not work independently throughout the entire payroll process from the start, but you will have the opportunity to learn step by step and develop together with experienced colleagues. Your tasks will include: 1st line support – answer questions from managers and employees via our ticketing system and by email Prepare certificates (e.g. employer certificates and employment certificates) Report to authorities Support senior colleagues in payroll work Participate in and support the team throughout the entire payroll process in systems such as Quinix and Visma+ As a payroll administrator with us, you are part of a team consisting of Payroll Administrators, Payroll Specialists, System Administrators, Product Owners, Team Leaders and Payroll Manager. You become part of an engaged payroll team where we work closely together and help each other to meet our deadlines. Does this describe you? We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop within payroll, HR or administration. Perhaps you have: Education in payroll, HR, economics or administration Or some work experience in one of these areas What matters most to us is your attitude. As a person, you are positive and curious, and see yourself as a team player who enjoys collaborating. You enjoy contact with people and value accuracy, structure and service. You are comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written. If you have knowledge of Norwegian, Danish or Polish, that is a merit, as we have colleagues in several countries. What we offer you We offer you a temporary position (approximately 12 months) with the possibility of extension with start date by agreement. It is a full-time position with placement in Luleå.
