At Installationsgruppen, we work exclusively with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunications, data, fiber, alarms, camera surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages projects and installs physical infrastructure. Installations vary in scope from complete turnkey projects to smaller service work. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects with strong customer focus. Our business is growing and we need to hire more employees for our Sollentuna location. JUNIOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN Telecommunications-Data-Fiber-Radio-Alarms-CCTV Are you hands-on and technically interested? Do you thrive in a dynamic and varied work environment? As a prospective installation technician at Installationsgruppen, you will mainly work on simpler tasks like cable installation to begin with, and later you will learn to install telecommunications, data, fiber, alarms, camera surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. You will work a good deal physically, and it's good if you're in decent shape, enjoy varied work tasks, and like getting out to help different customers alongside a more experienced colleague. The work involves running cables, performing installations, marking and documenting at our customers' sites, primarily located in the Mälardalen and greater Stockholm areas. Occasionally we also have assignments in other parts of Sweden and sometimes even jobs abroad. So it's a varied job with a mix of larger and smaller projects, which means you need to be comfortable switching environments from time to time. You need to have a genuine technical interest in problem-solving, not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" with hands-on work, and most importantly—HIGH WORK ETHIC, which is part of our company culture. If you have technical training and/or are generally skilled in construction or are a handy person with some electrical knowledge, that's certainly meritable, but what matters most is that you are productive and results-oriented with the interest and ambition to learn and become skilled. Maybe you've tried work in the construction industry as a carpenter or assembler, or have experience from the IT world. Regardless of your background, your ambition is to deliver quality craftsmanship, develop yourself, and become skilled at what you do. If you live further away, we may be able to arrange a private room in an apartment with shared common areas for a few people in Stockholm. If you are a productive person who delivers results, there are good development opportunities if you aim to become a lead technician, work supervisor, or project manager.
