Job Responsibilities As a business sales representative with us, you will work for our electricity trading company Energi2 and have contact with companies throughout Sweden in varying industries. As part of the team, you will actively work with: New customer acquisition Customer contact via phone and email Conducting needs analysis and offering customized solutions What We Offer You A fixed monthly salary with generous commission An exciting and developmental role in a growing group Coaching and feedback conversations Who Are You? Have at least 1 year of experience in new customer acquisition Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written You are motivated by targets, maintaining high customer activity, and achieving results You have a strong team spirit and enjoy working closely with others Meritorious Post-secondary education in sales or a similar field Training We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin your employment with a week of internal training in the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. Training takes place on-site with full pay. About the Position Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30. Employment terms: Permanent position, 6-month probationary period.
